The NHL announced Thursday that the Stanley Final will be played at Boston Garden on Saturday night, with the Stanley Trophy winners set to be announced on Monday.
The NHL said the first two teams to win the Stanley Championship will be announced in a ceremony at 8 p.m.
ET on Monday morning.
“We’re thrilled to announce that the Boston Garden will be the venue for our historic championship,” said NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman.
“The Garden will serve as the home of our championship game and we are confident that the excitement generated at the Garden will propel our Stanley Cup Champions to victory in the most iconic game of their lives.”
Boston has won three Stanley Cups in the past seven years and is now 13-6-3 in its last 16 games.
The Bruins are on a five-game winning streak after winning five in a row at the TD Garden in February.

Boston will have to overcome an injury to star defenseman Tuukka Rask, who has missed the past two games due to illness.
The Bruins have lost seven of their past nine games, but they are coming off their longest winning streak of the season.
They have won their past eight games in a stretch of four straight and eight of their last nine at home.
Boston, which has scored fewer than five goals in nine straight games, is averaging more than seven goals per game in its past five.
The Boston Bruins are 13-2-2 in their last 16 against Central Division foes, including two of three wins over Chicago.
