By LYNN GARZA and ALEXANDER SZAPORZAJERUS,WASHINGTON— The Fortnites arena is opening to guests Saturday, with the first games starting at 5 p.m. for a limited number of players, organizers said.
The arena, located in a suburb of Omaha, will host a number of competitive games from around the country and has been open since May, when the Fortnition Entertainment Company purchased the arena for $8.3 million.
The Fortnitions Arena is a three-level, four-sided arena with an indoor seating capacity of 25,000, according to the Fortnos website.
The arena also has a bar area and a game room, along with a fitness center and two restaurants.
