Event organizer Alesa Zane said the event will be an all-you-can-eat buffet and all-inclusive dinner, and will be open to the public from July 25 through August 5.
She said guests can pay a maximum of $10 per person for dinner.
There will also be an option for a $15 discount at the beachfront bar.
“It’s going to be a really unique experience,” Zane told Engadgets.
“The restaurants will be the best in town and it’s going the same way every time.”
This is the third year that Miami Events has added an all you can eat buffet, Zane explained.
“This is an all inclusive buffet.”
“The idea behind it is that you’re going to get everything from different regions and different styles of food, so that’s not just the best sushi and appetizers that you could ever eat, but you’re also going to have fresh, delicious meals, which you can’t find anywhere else,” she said.
For guests, Zana said that the $10 tip will be given to everyone.
“If you’re a waiter, the $5 will go to the chef and the other half to the server, so you can enjoy your meal.”
The event will also include an after-party with DJs, DJs, live music, and more.
Zane said this year’s event will feature more than 400 restaurants that will be participating, from all over the world, including France, Singapore, and Brazil.
